Qvin Refund & Cancellation Policy
Important information before you buy.
Qvin is primarily an online service. A smartphone with internet access is recommended for optimal use of our service and to view your lab reports.
Your placement of an order from Qvin constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Service and your agreement that the policies below apply to your order.
Please email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] with any questions or concerns and provide your name and order number to request any
of the following:
- If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your Qvin.com order.
- In the event that you have had a Q-Strip sample failure, we will refund your kit fee minus shipping and handling charges.
- Orders where test results have been released are not eligible for any refund.
- In all cases, Qvin cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit.
- If you request a refund, we will refund the balance of the total purchase price after subtracting your shipping and handling charges.
- To receive a refund for an unused kit, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of placing your order on the Qvin.com online store that you request a refund and confirm that you have not yet shipped your Q-Strip sample to our laboratory.
All Qvin kits must be registered and returned to the lab within 18 months of purchase. In addition, unregistered kits expire after 18 months. Any Q-Strip samples that are delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed. We are unable to provide a replacement kit due to expiration.
Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation, or replacement. In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement from purchases made on the Qvin.com online store, customers must provide proof of purchase.
